  • In order to ensure that your home sells as quickly as possible, it must be priced properly and prepared to show!

  • Emphasize the excellent condition of your property, the size of your home, the fact that it is a 4 BR vs. 3 BR, or a 3 bath vs. a 2 bath, as well as the community, and the price to potential Buyers.

  • Pictures help sell homes (especially on the Internet) so we will help you stage your home so we can take eye appealing photos, and create a virtual tour that emphasizes your home's selling points and really make it stand out among the others! 

  • We will personally meet with you to evaluate your home and give you our professional advice on anything else you could do to get your home ready and at what price.

  • VIRTUAL TOUR - Realtor.com statistics state that homes with a virtual tour are viewed online by Buyers before homes that do not have it. Your home will have a beautiful, professionally done virtual tour!

  • TALKING HOUSE: This is a radio transmitter we place in your home that broadcasts a message containing a complete description of your home. This is a great marketing tool and so much better than a single flyer. The message is transmitted 24/7.

  • LEAD GENERATION – We use many services that generate leads for us and systems that get your home the most visibility as possible.

  • CONTRACT NEGOTIATION - My negotiation skills are strong because I do an enormous amount of research about your property and the market so that you can make informed decisions about the offers you receive. I conduct seminars for Buyers and Sellers on the art of negotiation.
