  • We are Certified by the State of Oklahoma as Home Educator and Counselors and provide a detailed plan to help you in your house hunting.
  • You will learn how to spot problems within minutes of viewing a home. We have experience building and remodeling homes and know exactly what to look for to determine if there are defects in the home you are interested in. This saves you money by eliminating properties before you order a home inspection and appraisal.
  • Homes in the $100,000 range should have certain material standards to substantiate that price.
  • We throughly review the sellers disclosures before writing an offer to make sure any problems are properly addressed in the contract. For example, I recently wrote a contract on a home that had mirrored closet doors. One of the mirrors was cracked. The home inspector did not require it be repaired nor did the appraiser. If I had not made it a contractual requirement the buyer would have had to pay $230 herself to fix it.
  • From start to finish your transaction will be handled in a professional manner, stress free!! We work with so many buyers, we have the system down pat.
  • We DO NOT charge any transaction fees to the buyer! There are many companies in this area that charge buyers to write contracts.
  • We are a preferred company with many lenders who have foreclosed homes. HUD, VA and many bank owned properties are in pretty good condition and can be purchased at reduced prices. If you are interested in foreclosures we are the company to work with!
